At Parineeta Beauty, we strive to deliver your natural beauty products quickly, safely, and reliably across India. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Domestic Shipping(Within India)
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹300 within India.
- Shipping Charges: For orders below this value(₹300), shipping charges will be applicable and may vary depending on the delivery location (state and city).The applicable charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Order Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of placing the order, subject to stock availability. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 10-15 days from the date of dispatch. However, delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen events such as courier delays, festivals, strikes, or natural calamities.
- Shipping Coverage: Some remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable by our courier partners. In such cases, we will inform you and issue a refund if applicable.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
- You can track your order directly through the courier partner’s website or our store’s tracking page.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for select pin codes only.
- Additional COD charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.
Undeliverable Packages
- If the package is not accepted at the time of delivery, it will be returned to us.
- For prepaid orders, we will refund the amount after deducting shipping charges.
- For COD orders, refusal to accept delivery may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.
Important Information
- If your delivery status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please inform us within 24 hours of the status update. After 24 hours, courier companies do not accept any Proof of Delivery (POD) disputes.
- If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or multiple failed delivery attempts, the reshipping cost will be borne by the customer. Please note, in case of a refund request, the shipping charges will be deducted from the total paid amount prior to initiating the refund.
- Fraudulent Orders and Repeated Returns: We reserve the right to cancel or hold your order if we are not satisfied with the details provided or suspect a high probability of return based on your search/order history or pin code.
