Refund policy
At Parineeta Beauty, customer satisfaction is our top priority. As our products are natural and handmade beauty and personal care items, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards to ensure the highest quality for our customers.
1. Returns
- Due to the nature of our beauty products (Personal care items), we do not accept returns once the product is opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Returns are accepted only if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
2. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued only after our team verifies the returned product.
- Refunds (if approved) will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, Customers must provide bank details to receive refunds via bank transfer.
3. Replacement
- We kindly request you to record an unboxing video while opening the parcel, as this will help us verify and resolve any issues related to damage or missing items.
- If you receive a wrong, missing or damaged product, we will provide a free replacement(If you record an unboxing video while opening the parcel).
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Used/opened beauty products.
- Products purchased during sale/discount offers (unless defective or wrong product).
5. Can I Cancel My Order?

You can cancel your order before it reaches the “Ready to Ship” status by logging into your account and selecting the CANCEL option in the order details.

Parineeta Beauty reserves the right to cancel any order at any time without prior notice. In some cases, we may contact the customer for verification before shipping an order.
